Party Prep
As we left for the evening, pork shoulder with Leilani’s Aloha Lounge rub in the roaster and the house nice and clean, I look back at the team work of the day and am immensely proud. I can still hear myDarlin’ say ‘this is what we do’! We divide and conquer in cleaning and shopping, but laugh, love and play together. (Oh yes, and I should also add, eat!)
Today I am grateful for our Ohana, who is a team through thick and thin. And as we enjoy the party, we will look up, knowing it is myDarlin’ Robert Kenui Pope that brought us all here to this point in time. Mahalo nui myDarlin’, you are the best role model our Ohana could ever have wished or hoped for, and we know that you are here with us.
